Lego Star Wars

Brief/Intro

The project was to take a predetermined creative layout and provide brand rollout on an exceptional 8 gaming platforms across 10 territories, requiring 360+ pieces of artwork to be completed within one month. 

Challenge

Retaining brand consistency across a variety of platform templates within very tight deadlines and controlling submission processes across multiple stakeholders which include international, local teams and first parties: Nintendo (3DS & Wii U), Sony (PS4, PS3 & PS Vita) and Microsoft (Xbox One & X360).

Solution 

We had platform champions to divide and conquer the work and utilised our bespoke artwork creation and approval tools for efficient project management. The client allowed us to manage approvals directly with stakeholders directly to expedite.

Results 

Packaging assets were on time and on brand allowing Warner Bros. to deliver one of the 15 best selling games of 2016.
